Pennylane Brownies



Brownies neh memang dah pernah buat sebelum neh…dan memang terbukti sedap. Resepi diambil dari blogger indon (memang saya tak ingat siapa).Gula tuh memang saya kurangkan...memula buat dulu memang ikut resepi betol2..guna 2 cwn tapi rasa tersangat manis...tuh yang saya kurangkan. Lagi pun sebab letak topping, tuh pun manis...so memang kena kurangkan laa...

Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 cup castor sugar (saya guna 1 ¼ cwn shj..tuh pun dh manis)
1 tspvanilla
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cup plain flour
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup of any roasted nuts to your liking (saya guna walnut)

How-To:
  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degree celcius. Prepare 2 brownie tins 10x25x 4 cm in size, line them with baking paper, grease with margarine.(saya guna 1 tin 10x10 cm)
  2. Beat the eggs and sugar until the sugar dissolves and the batter looks pale. Add the vanilla, beat well.
  3. Shift the flour and cocoa powder into the batter, fold. Add the oil, stir well. Add chocolate chips and nuts, stir well.
  4. Pour the batter into the tins, bake for about 35-40 minutes.

brownie nampak sedaplah..minta izin nak ambik recipenya..kalau kita cuba nanti akak kink kan ya..thanks dear.

cuba la ayu..mmg sedap..btw baking time tuh kena ubh sket..i baked mine less than 35mins...about 25mins gtu...apa pn kena atas oven memasing...
