Ternampak bun neh kat blog mamafami..so try la buat..nama asal pandan raisins bread tapi saya tak ada stok raisins..so ganti dengan cranberries…lagipun saya lagi suka cranberries neh dari raisins…seperti mamafami saya pun tabur kelapa kering atas bun tuh..
Tadi saya dah rasa…lembut, gebu dan sedap..Cuma saya rasa macam kurang manis. Sesiapa yang nak cuba boleh la tambahkan sikit lagi gula tuh..dan lagi satu esen pandan tuh saya letak 4 titik..memang tak berapa bau pandan nya…saya pun tak berapa reti nak agak banyak mana nak letak..tetapi bun memang sedap…buat minum petang..cicah teh ‘o’ panas..masyukk…dah la hujan kat tempat saya neh…

PANDAN RAISINS BREAD

Ingredients :
A :
350g high protein flour
5g milk powder
2.5g bread improver
B :
50g castor sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
30g egg > saya letak 1/2 biji telur
200g cold water
6g instant yeast
few drops pandan essence
green food coloring
20g santan powder > saya letak 50gm
C :
30g butter
150g raisins (soak for 1 hour, drained)
Method :
1. Combine all B and add in A.
2. When it forms almost a dough, add in butter and knead till it forms soft and smooth dough. Add in soaked raisins, mix well.
3. Cover and prove for 30 minutes.
4. Divide into 50g each and arrange in a baking tray.
5. After the dough had doubled the size, brush with egg wash and sprinkle some dessicated coconut on top.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 20 to 25 minutes or till golden brown.
