Chocolate Macaron

 
Ramai betol yang dah cuba buat macaron neh...enjin saya lambat sket nak panas untuk macaron neh...hahaha...sebenarnya tak berapa ada kekuatan...dok baca ramai yang failed...terus kita pun mcm tak confident je nak buat...entah apa mimpi malam neh rasa mcm nak buat je...yang neh saya try resepi kwn saya Sal...dia neh kwn sek zaman 80an...amboi lama dah nooo hahaha...Sal neh biz apam, macs dan frozen food...semoga biz beliau berkembang maju lagi...

Hasil macs saya neh tak la cantik sgt...yerla first time buat...amatur lagi...mungkin kalau buat banyak kali, InsyaAllah jadi elok mcm org lain dok buat tuh...kena banyak practice (dan pakse anak2 makan macs hehehe)..
Nanti saya nak try resepi dari Hanim...neh tak bleh buat lagi sebab saya tak de termometer lagi (nak sukat kepanasan suhu air gula)

Ok la saya kasi resepi dari Sal yer..tapi saya halved kan sesiap...tak sanggup nak buat banyak..takot tak jadi...yang neh pun kaki mac tuh tak berapa tinggi...tak pe la..pasneh saya akan buat lagi...Tq Sal..

Ingredients:-
50gm almond flour
88gm powdered sugar
50gm egg whites
15gm granulated sugar
11/2tbs cocoa powder

Method:-

  • sift the dry ingredients into a bowl
  • in an another bowl whisk the egg whites. Once they start to froth, sprinkle in the sugar. Mix until it starts to take on a glossy, smooth appearance. Whisk until the peaks are firm.
  • once the whites are whipped, incorporate half of  the dry ingredients slowly, folding it carefully
  • when it mostly mixed in, dump the egg whites mixture into the remaining dry ingredients and fold everything together. Fold by scraping from the bottom and turning the mixture over on itself.
  • the final better will show no dry specks and still has the thickness.
  • pour the batter into a piping bag and pipe nickel sized dots.
  • let the macs rest for 30-90minutes until the top has dried up and nothing sticks to your finger when you touch them.
  • bake 140C for 14-16 minutes
  • remove from the oven and cool completely before removing from the sheet.
  • pipe with your desired fillings.
