Orang lain dah lama buat bars neh..saya je baru nak menyebuk diri buat la neh...tak pe la..better late than never...bleh? However ada la tweak resepi neh sket..especially the amount of sugar...gila banyak kalau ikut resepi asal..tak tercapai dek akal betapa manisnya kalau letak 1lb which equivalent to about 453gm of sugar...arghhhh kencing manis terus neh...hehehe...so saya just letak 250gm sahaja..andddd...i think this is sweet enough to my taste bud...kawan2 yang makan pun cakap manis dah..couldn't imagine if letak 453gm tuh...but next time kalau buat lagi saya nak letak 200gm sahaja...
Lagi satu saya guna chopped dark chocolate sama dengan Ayu (ooo by the way i took this recipe from her blog) dan tak guna pecan, saya letak almond and cashew nuts

2 3/4 cup all purpose flour-(315g)
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup butter, softened-(150g)
1 lb. light brown sugar(453g) - (Ayu used 300g)> saya letak 250gm
1 teaspoon vanilla
11.5 ounce package milk chocolate chips(326g) - saya letak 320gm chopped dark chocolate
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)> saya letak almond+cashew nuts
Sift flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Set aside.
Combine butter and sugar using a mixer until blended.
Add eggs, one at a time to sugar mixture, mixing on low in between each addition.
Add vanilla and mix.
Add flour and mix until combined.
Stir in chips and then pecans.
By hand:-(Ayu just use this method) > saya guna method ini juga
Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl. Set aside.
Stir brown sugar into softened (not melted) butter in another large bowl until butter disappears. You can use the back of your spoon to help incorporate the two together.
Add eggs one at a time to butter mixture and stir well after each egg.
Add vanilla, chocolate chips and nuts. Mix well.
Add dry flour mixture and stir until well combined.
Coat a 13 X 9 pan with non-stick spray and spread batter evenly into dish> saya guna 10x10 pan
Bake at 170 degree for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown. Make sure you don’t over bake.
